HOW IT ALL STARTED

In pursuit of a healthier lifestyle and eating habits, Scott started using whole grain

for all of his bread, pasta, and wheat products. Surprisingly, Scott learned that it

was not available for his favorite dessert: ice cream. With this information in hand,

Scott set off to re-imagine the ice cream cone!

With his wife Rachel's help, they tinkered in the kitchen, experimented with flavors

and paired the perfect combination of whole grain, gourmet flavoring,

natural ingredients, until they created the perfect cone, including literally, the cherry

on top!

Scott then turned to his friend David to help develop the concept, take it to market

and ensure that it will be available for all to enjoy.

Along came Robbie, with his business acumen and experience, and guided us to

launch Bisconi nationwide.

Today, the Bisconi brand is making waves worldwide, and becoming a runaway hit.
